This apartment has been newly renovated and decorated by an interior designer in April 2008. It is air conditioned which is very rare and hard to find in Paris. On entering, one is struck by the cool greys which contrast elegantly against the warm browns. Visible beams are a main feature of the kitchen, separating it from the living room allowing much light into both rooms and giving a real airy feel to the apartment.
The kitchen is very spacious, a rarity in Paris, and is fully equipped with everything to cook up a perfect meal. There is plenty of space for dining with a large table and chairs.
The living room is bright and contains a large French window, from which the beautiful side streets of Saint Germain can be viewed as well as the Senate building. Perfect attention to detail has been given in this room as can be seen from the pretty decorative objects and the beautiful colours and tones in the furnishings. A large and very comfortable sofa converts into a double bed allowing for two extra guests meanwhile a large flat screen TV with cable channels provide the perfect entertainment.
The bedroom is delightful and very welcoming. Complete with a king sized bed, beautiful lighting, ample storage space and floor to ceiling mirror; this is a gem of a room. The bedroom and living room are both air conditioned.
This superb apartment fails to disappoint; with a perfectly central location and a beautiful designer interior, this is an ideal Paris home.
